Edge:  Pyramid style class that works cardio zones through extended periods to peak out in challenges that bring you to your edge.

Interval: 60 Mins of peaks and recoveries to maximize your time and efforts.  These drills incorporate speed, tempo, timing and rhythm with the training goal of recovering quickly after work efforts.

Hip Hop: Ride the beat with fun hi-energy Hip Hop Music to drive you to your cardio peak!

Body Combat

 BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. Our barre classes are designed to effectively strengthen, tone, and balance the entire body. These workouts integrate the use of the ballet barre, light weights and various props. Students will focus on form and precision while performing small isometric movements as instructors emphasize basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle actions. Each class includes several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, seat and thighs. Each strength section of this workout is followed by a stretching section to create long, lean muscle without bulk. These are challenging, no impact classes that require focus and precision for maximum results.

SOULfusion is a creative blend of PiYo moves, yoga inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences and strength training with optional weights all set to crazy FUN music!  It's all the same PiYO fun, but with added strength training with optional hand weights!


Step – A basic, entry-level step class that is diverse enough for all fitness levels. No complexity, but just what you need to feel at home in group fitness.

Step Challenge – designed for the advanced stepper. This class travels through highly complex patterns and will challenge your mind and body together!

Intermediate Yoga -designed for all levels to be able to successfully complete class with options. Explore a wider variety of poses with a deeper understanding of the relationship between breath and movement.

Active Yoga-For beginners wanting to learn the basic techniques of yoga and incorporate strength, balance and flexibility in their fitness regime. Includes hands-on instruction in standard poses (asana), breathing (pranayama), and meditation methods.

Beginner Yoga Flow-active yoga with slow, careful placement designed to build strength, flexibility and range of motion utilizing various adaptations and equipment like blocks, rings and straps to make it accessible and fun, great for beginners.

Pilates – A thirty-minute class to strengthen, tone, and condition the core muscles.

Yoga-latis –A fusion of Yoga & Pilates exercises to strengthen and tone the entire body. Core exercises are emphasized with yoga stretch and release.

Line Dancing – A fun way to get fit! Learn the latest line dances while you get fit and make friends!
