A Hyrox-style workout mimics the fitness race: you alternate 1km runs with 8 functional strength stations, repeating the cycle eight times for a total of 8km running and 8 workouts, testing endurance and strength with exercises like Sled Pushes, Ski Erg, Burpee Broad Jumps, and Wall Balls. Training involves building cardio/running stamina and practicing those specific strength moves to transition efficiently and finish strong, making it accessible yet challenging for various fitness levels.
