Club Policies
At CGFF, our desire is to be the best place in Slidell for kids of all ages to be involved in fitness activities. To accomplish that, we need everyone to follow the policies listed below. Most importantly, our Club is not to be a hangout place for kids - they
may not loiter here. Everyone at the Club must be participating in an appropriate activity. Please carefully read the policies listed below and feel free to ask any Manager about them if you have questions.
Policies For Members
Kids Under 12
May not be left unattended at any Cross Gates location. They must either be in a
supervised program with CG staff or supervised directly by a parent or adult 21 or older.
Kids 12-14
Can come to the club to participate in any activity without an adult from the hours of
10a to 5:30p, but cannot stay longer than 3 hours from initial checkin and cannot be in
groups larger than 4. After 5:30p, they must be either in a supervised program with CG
Staff or supervised directly by a parent or adult 21 or older.
Kids 15-17
Can come to the club to participate in an activity without an adult,
but cannot stay longer than 3 hours from initial checkin. Cannot be in groups
larger than 4 people and must be involved in an activity and behave accordingly.
All Members and Guests
• Must have a valid ID to be a Guest in the club.
• Must have shoes and shirt on while inside the building.
• May not smoke or vape anywhere on CG property.
• Kids 14 and under coming as a guest to the Club must have an adult 21 or older supervise them for the duration of their visit.
• Kids 17 and under are allowed in the cafe as long as they have ordered. Each individual must have ordered - drinks or sharing food does not count. Groups greater than 4 are not allowed and they must exhibit appropriate behavior and cleanliness.
• Kids ages 12-14 must be YFC Certified, wearing the YFC shirt and working out appropriately to be on the Fitness Floor.
Consequences
1st Offense
suspended for the day
2nd Offense
suspended for one week
3rd and Final Offense
suspended for two weeks or longer
CG Managers have the right to make exceptions and adjust consequences to the above policies at their discretion
Activities for Kids and Teens
Pools
Must follow posted Pool and Pool Deck Rules
and directions from Lifeguards.
MILITARY RD:
When no Lifeguards are on Duty swimmers 17 and under
must have a parent or adult 21 or older directly supervising them.
Lifeguards are on Duty at Military Rd. during Spring Break and Summer
10a-8p daily| Waterslide Open Summer 10-7pm
Must be 12 or older to be unsupervised at the pool
GAUSE BLVD: Gause Blvd. does not have lifeguards on deck. Swimmer 17
and under must have a parent or adult 21 or older directly
supervising them
Junior Fitness Classes
Check out the Group Exercise Schedule for FREE
classes for kids ages 10 and older including:
Spinning, Body Attack, Body Combat, Zumba & more
Kids 10-11 must be accompanied by an adult, Kids 12
and older may attend on their own.
Elite Sports Training Field Open Play
The Elite Sports Training Field is open for open play daily from
3:30-4:30p. Footballs and soccer balls can be rented
from the YAC Desk. Kids must play and behave
appropriately while on the field.
Tennis/Racquetball
Equipment can be checked out and reservations
can be made at the Front Desk. Kids must play
tennis/racquetball, follow posted rules and behave
appropriately while on the courts.
Sports Complex
Kids can enjoy all the different sports and activities
the sports complex has to offer. Kids under the age of
12 must be with an adult 21 or older. Anyone under the
age of 15 must be in a supervised program after 5:30p.

YFC
Let us start your child on the path to fitness by
certifying them to workout on the fitness floor.
Certification includes knowledge of a proper workout
program, nutrition guidelines, gym etiquette and
access to the fitness floor.
Ages 12-14.

In Person One on one with a Personal Trainer $80 session fee.
