- Packaged to take and go, easily stored for 5 days
- Proper ratios of protein, complex carbohydrates & fats
- Each Meal Includes: 4–6 oz protein, 2 cups veggies, 1/3 cup carbs
- 5 or 10 meal packages available
- Bulk Protein and Veggies option––mix, match and portion yourself!
- Order by Wednesday, pick up on Friday anytime after 12 Noon
