Body Motion
We know you joined Cross Gates Family Fitness for a reason and we want you to get the most out of your membership. Helping you reach your goals is really important to us, and we believe one of the best ways for you to get started is through our award-winning program, Body Motion. Body Motion takes the guess work out of working out and is completely FREE for new members. It's time to be true to yourself and get involved in a program that will keep you accountable, get you stronger, and on your way to a healthier you. We guarantee that your body will change if you do this program.

Group Excercise 
Group Excersise is the best place for a new exerciser to get started! No matter your fitness level or experience, our team of instrusctors are ready to coach you through an incredible class. We make it EASY! Take a deep breath and walk in the room. Just show up! The instructor will help you with everything else. 

Personal Training
One of the main reasons people benefit form a Personal Trainer is that they lose motivation to stick with a consistent excersise program. A Cross Gates Certified Personal Trainer can provide structure and accountability, and help you to develop a lifestyle that encourages health. 

First ​Time I​ntro​
This Package is perfect for those who have never worked with a Personal Trainer. Designed for the member looking to change their current program or simply just getting started on their way to reaching their goals. 

Individual Session Packages
Designed for those that are currently on their way to reaching their goals. Offered in 8, 12, and 24 sessions, these personal training packages are guaranteed to help you see results. 

Monthly Personal Training
Train two or three times per week for one low price. A minimum three month commitment is required with no make-up sessions for missed sessions. This is the best value for personal training!

Jump Start
A single personal training session designed for those members simply looking to jump start their fitness program.

Partner Training
Train with a friend or family member and take 20% off each package price. 

Group Training 
This program is designed with two things in mind- fun and fitness!

Kids Personal Training 
Offered to children ages 9-14. Help your child learn to love fitness and live a better life.
