WELCOME TO PARISI


We have a nationally recognized youth performance program with over 20 years of proven history of getting kids faster, more fit and self-confident. We help them accomplish their goals by using the same techniques used to train NCAA Division I and professional athletes. Speed, Strength, flexibility, endurance and self-confidence are the foundation to every sport or physical activity. These skills are paramount to your child to be able to enhance sports-specific skills and reach their full potential.
 

The advantages of the program for an athlete are to speed train multiple times each week for a low monthly fee. This is a great program that focuses on speed and quickness development, overall conditioning, and injury prevention. When your child participates in one of our programs, they will experience a number of benefits. Not only will they improve overall fitness, but they will get in better condition and become more agile, and will gain more self-confidence. Our program should be the priority, as this is the foundation that will lead to all-around fitness and athletic success for your child.

  2. After the evaluation a certified performance coach will recommend the program best suited for your athlete's needs and abilities.

WHAT WE DO


Active Dynamic Conditioning 

Active Dynamic Conditioning is the foundation for a well-prepared athlete. Athletes will learn a scripted routine of the most effective ways to improve mobility, balance, stability, muscular/ cardiovascular endurance, and motor skill coordination.
 

Strength Training

Strong fixes almost everything. Strength is the foundation for all of the physical qualities an athlete will build including speed development. Posture, technique, proper movement patterns, injury prevention and power are all dependant on having a solid strength base. It's never too early for an athlete to begin training for strength. 


Maximum Speed Training

Maximum speed sprinting is often an overlooked component for most athletes, especially if there position doesn’t require much linear sprinting. But improving maximum speed will actually elevate an athletes overall quickness. The Parisi program unleashes the most learnable movement skill exercises that ensure every athlete to have breakthroughs with his or her speed.
 

Acceleration Training

Probably the most important aspect of every sport, the Parisi program lays out step by step how to maximize an athlete’s acceleration. Proper joint angles and ground force application is taught so that every athlete will understand how to continually develop and refine these newly learned skills throughout his or her career.
 

Change of Direction Training

Improving ones sense of balance along with strength is a big part of enhancing an athletes’ Change of Direction. The other major component is knowing how to position each joint to maximally apply force into the ground in the most effective direction. This is a skill that is acquired over time with practice. Just as a martial artist never knows what his opponent will do next, the athlete must be trained in a similar way to respond and change direction quickly.
