Senior Programs

We work hard to provide fun and effective senior exercise programs specially designed to condition muscles and improve cardiovascular fitness, and also organize social, educational, and fitness community activities to benefit the members.

The Seniors program is Cross Gates great opportunity to give something to people of all fitness levels, as well as people with a variety of health conditions.

Creating a healthier, more independent older population is in everyone's best interest!

Kim Underwood--Senior Coordinator
Kim Underwood comes to Cross Gates from San Diego, California. Kim graduated from Menlo College with a degree in Business Administration while still working on her Masters/Teaching Credential in Health. “Health and Fitness at Any Age” is Kim's philosophy. As Body Motion Manager, Kim is passionate about helping members get that “jump start” into a fitness program promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. Encouragement, commitment, and having fun is what Body Motion is all about! Hard Work Pays Off!
