Brandon is an AFAA certified trainer. He has been an active member at Cross Gates since 2004. In his years of fitness he has reached his personal goals in becoming a bodybuilder and has received both first and second place awards at bodybuilding competitions. Patrice recently moved back to her Louisiana home after spending 18 years in Colorado and is so excited to be at Cross Gates! She has been working out since she can remember and decided to make her passion of health and fitness her career. Dan has been living the fitness lifestyle for over 35 years. He has a Master's degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Southeastern Louisiana University where he also currently teaches as an adjunct instructor. He is a certified Personal Trainer through AFAA in addition to being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). In addition to being a Master Personal Trainer, he also teaches group fitness "Spinning" classes. Deborah is an ISSA certified trainer and 17 year military veteran; both Navy and Army. She graduated from Ashford University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and believes fitness in medicine for the mind as well as the body. She enjoys running half marathons in support of veterans and is active with Team Red, White and Blue (A veterans organization that encourages physical activity). After struggling with obesity herself and losing 80 lbs in 2011, she has dedicated herself to helping others meet their fitness goals. Born in Iowa, Toni was a competitive swimmer and diver. She has been a swim instructor in Iowa and an exercise instructor in Iowa, Missouri, and Florida for the “YMCA” and various other fitness facilities. Toni came to Louisiana in 2010, after living 25 years in Florida. She survived a serious car accident in 1994 which was followed by several years of rehabilitation. Having walked that path and now in the best shape of her life “post-accident”, both physically and spiritually, Toni believes that she can help you achieve your fitness goals. Serving people as their personal trainer is a ministry and an important part of fulfilling her God-given purpose.

Since then she has worked towards continuing her education in the fitness industry and is currently an ISSA and AFAA certified Personal Trainer. She is a TRX instructor, a certified Spinning and Insanity instructor and holds an ISSA certification in Fitness Nutrition. Carla has a passion for Bodybuilding and has been competing in women’s lightweight bodybuilding since 2011. Her biggest accomplishment is her 4th place in the 2012 NPC USA Bodybuilding Championships.
