Our barre classes are designed to effectively strengthen, tone, and balance the entire body. These workouts integrate the use of the ballet barre, light weights and various props. Students will focus on form and precision while performing small isometric movements as instructors emphasize basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle actions. Each class includes several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, seat and thighs. Each strength section of this workout is followed by a stretching section to create long, lean muscle without bulk. These are challenging, no impact classes that require focus and precision for maximum results.
Members age 17 and up may attend any of the CG Barre classes on the schedule, but are encouraged arrive early to secure a spot in class. Participation is limited to the first 30 individuals for each class time slot.

BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. Your BODYCOMBAT™ instructor will lead you through a series of moves from a range of martial arts, to a series of different music tracks.


ZUMBA - Dance your way to a fitter you!  Exciting and unique latin moves and rhythms!  Come experience Zumba, the class that is taking the world by storm.

Spinning Spinning - indoor cycling like never before.  All of the cycle classes on the schedule have been redefined and our instructors are better than ever!  Heart rate monitors are recommended for these classes, but not required.
PiYo - Inspired by Pilates and yoga, PiYO cranks up the pace and the fun for a pulse-pounding, calorie-crushing workout that defines every inch of your body.  Low impact yet high intensity.
PiYo Light - enjoy all the benefits of the PIYO workout, at a slower pace.  Easier transitions and more options for all levels!
POUND - Channel your inner rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, sweatdripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, torch calories and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique - all while rocking out to your favorite music!
INSANITY- a predesigned interval class that requires no equipment and is easy to learn and fun to participate in. INSANITY rounds (released every other month) offer participants the opportunity to a challenging class with heart-thumping, well-timed music. The group-exercise adaptation of this workout has been designed to give participants a safe, challenging, and results-driven experience.

*Core & More – Core training at its best! This 30 minute class will not disappoint. Fun, effective exercises to target the abs.

*Step Challenge – designed for the advanced stepper. This class travels through highly complex patterns and will challenge your mind and body together!

*Extra Strength – Not your typical one hour in group exercise! This circuit class fuses all of our classes into one for an EXTRA STRENGTH workout. Train strength and balance, core stability, and cardiovascular interval training using all of the group ex modalities.  Something different every week!

*DaGroove - Get your GROOVE on in this one of a kind dance party of cardio hip hop dance fitness. Young, Old, band new, a pro - this is the class for everyone!  Fun dance moves with easy to follow choreography will get your body movin/, calories burnin and leave you feeling like a dance superstar!

*Club Jam - come burn crazy amounts of calories in the upbeat, fun and easy to follow hip hop dance  class that is sure to leave your coming back for more!

*Gentle Yoga – Try this easy to follow yoga class great for all fitness levels. Perfect place to learn basic movements of yoga to be able to move onto higher level classes.

*Yoga – A one hour class of traditional yoga practices. This is our entry-level yoga class. Relax, stretch, and get stronger.

*Advance Yoga – The name says it all! Yoga with power! One hour of one of the fastest growing classes in the industry. Try our “Yoga” format before this one.

*Power Yoga - 
This intermediate class will offer a well rounded workout that will challenge even the most advanced yoga practitioners with an emphasis on core and stability. This class moves at a quicker pace, with creative movement sequences structured to build targeted strength of body and mind, while maintaining Ujjayi breathing techniques and emphasis on proper alignment while always varying postures and poses for continual growth and challenge as you explore your yoga practice.

*Pilates – A thirty-minute class to strengthen, tone, and condition the core muscles.

*Line Dancing – A fun way to get fit! Learn the latest line dances while you get fit and make friends


Junior Fitness Classes are designed for kids 10-14 years old, but are also open to family members and entry level participants. Pick up a Fit Kidz schedule in the Youth Activities Center for kids ages 2-9.

*Family Step – This 1-hour class is designed specifically for beginners with simple movements and lots of fun!

*Junior Cycling (Beginner Cycle) – Riding a bike while going nowhere has never been more exciting! This beginner ride is open to anyone 10 and older who is at least 5 feet tall.

*Total Body Workout – is the low-impact group fitness workout that lets you choose just how hard you work.  Using resistance tubes, you’re talked step-by-step through the entire class by a skilled instructor, all the while listening to fun, inspiring music. 
*Gentle Yoga – This relaxing, slow paced class using a chair will leave you strong, stretched, and centered.
