Kim Kirkpatrick - Membership Representative, Military Road Location
Kim comes to Cross Gates from Biloxi, MS. She earned her bachelor's degree in Sports Administration with a minor Business from the University of Southern Mississippi. Since graduating college, Kim has worked in the fitness industry. Kim loves making Cross Gates a friendly place where she can make a personal connection with the members.

Phyllis Schembre - Membership Representative, Pontchartrain Drive Location
Phyllis Schembre has lost 150 pounds over the past three years. After working in the medical field for 15 years, Phyllis knew that she could use her personal experience to help others achieve their health and weight loss goals. Phyllis works with new members to help them set their fitness goals and get started in the right program at Cross Gates.

Mike Dean - Membership Representative, Pontchartrain Drive Location
Mike Dean comes to Cross Gates from Tampa Florida. He got his start at the club by starting in our cafe and later on moving in to our body motion department where he found his passion for exercise as a fitness coach. After becoming a part of the Cross Gates Team, Mike became a Membership Representative and Manager on Duty at our Pontchartrain Drive location. He now takes pride in helping Cross Gates make every member feel like a part of of our family.

Melita Donovan - Membership Representative, Military Road Location
Melita began working at Cross Gates in 2005 as a front desk team member. She later took on the position of customer care manager and not too soon after became part of the membership team. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Psychology from Louisiana State University. Currently, she is pursuing her MBA at the University of New Orleans.
Dancing since the age of two, Melita has always been very fitness oriented. She is dedicated to helping members achieve a healthier lifestyle and reach their fitness goals.

Alaina Champagne - Membership Representative, Military Road Location
Alaina started working for Crossgates back in 2003 at the Front Desk at our Pontchartrain location. She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2007 with a Bachelor's in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Dance and a minor in Psychology and Education. Dancing since the age of three, she has always lived a healthy lifestyle. She enjoies providing a positive and motivating envoirnment for the our members and staff. Alaina was Miss Slidell in 2005 and feels it was an honor to represent her home town.
